Hacienda en Sevilla
Originally built in 1761 as an olive growing Estate and then reformed and modernised by its present owners, who have managed to combine the original flavour of the ancient building as a mansion and a mill with the advances and conveniences that today define comfort in a modern house .Consequently, Promora presents a recreational estate of the highest level, noted for its details, yards and enchanting areas.
The restoration work has been performed with the necessary sensitivity to maintain the ancient flavour of the original building, preserving all the typical elements of the original constructions, such as terracotta floors, wrought iron elements, semicircular artisan brick arches, wooden floors and Arab tiles on all roofs. The decoration integrates historical elements from the ancient mill, such as the large vessels where the oil was stored or the olive press (which occupies a prominent place in the house, as can be seen in the photographs).
Two thousand one hundred square meters of built-up surface comprising five
different buildings: the main building (with large rooms, ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms, kitchen, several dining rooms, cellar, chapel, gym and tower), fully connected by trellised patios that unite the farm.
Separate guest house with two bedrooms (300 metres from the main building), house keeper's lodge (three bedrooms, two bathrooms), administration building and offices, and stables with 14 boxes and several buildings dedicated to livestock.
Next to the house, visitors may enjoy an elaborate and beautiful garden with a swimming pool, paddle tennis court, locker room and full bar.
