unique house in Ibiza island
Sometimes you find a place to built ..and sometimes the place finds you . This is what appears to have happened to architect Ramón Esteve in this place , in the northwest of Ibiza island , a magical place where light draws and gives life to each edge of the cliff overlooking the sea . A place so impossible to spoil ( if the architect understands even just a little of man´s subordination to nature ) that the final project forcibly displays an utmost respect for the landscape and establishes a civilized dialogue between nature and arquitecture . The entire ensemble is in harmony with its surroundings and devoid of strident elements a logical extension of the terrain and landscape . From the sea , with its cornice of rocks and pines , it rises up until it blends in with the deep blue of the sky
On a 2.100 m2 plot overlooking the sea, this stunning house with 730m2 has seven bedrooms each one with bathroom, a courtesy bathroom, two living rooms one of them with fireplace, a large avant-garde styled kitchen, two dining rooms, one inside the house an the other located outside, swimming pool, gym and garage for six vehicles.
